I was thrilled when I was asked to review one of these! I have 3 children and I can use this while I am trying to lose some of the weight! The minute I got this in the mail I took off upstairs like I was opening a Christmas present!! When I put it on I was AMAZED at how I looked. I loved the fact that the Miracle Vest is cut out around the bra area. I was impressed with the material used and the weight of this vest. I was able to put this on in a matter of minutes with no problem. It has two rows of hook and eye closures. This vest is wonderful because it does not show through your clothing, not even with fitted shirts. There are no bumps or humps anywhere! Looks just like YOU! Squeem reduces your waistline and lifts your breasts!! Who wouldn't like that?

If you are not used to wearing shape wear it is advised you start by wearing this vest 1 hour the first day, 2 the second day and so forth, until you are comfortable wearing it 8 hours. My first day I tried it on I used it for 1 hour and I was amazed. It does WONDERS to your back also! I am now up to wearing this vest for 8 hours a day and I LOVE it! I really feel and look like a brand new person! My confidence about my body is AWESOME right now!
